SALES TEAM LEADER
We are looking for highly motivated individual to work within our call centre. Responsible for a Sales team of up to 10 staff, the successful candidate will have a passion for selling as well as the desire to develop staff. In addition, they are looking for someone who has the ability to work under pressure and meet targets, as well as the ability to manage the performance of their team members.
Responsibilities will include: developing, motivating and managing staff, call monitoring and quality management, answering technical queries and dealing with customer complaints.
